Programming & IT Positions
Front-End Developer
We’re looking for someone who’s comfortable with:
- JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript
- Front-end frameworks like React.js or Next.js
- 3D rendering libraries: Three.js or Unity WebGL
- Styling systems: Tailwind, Styled Components, or SCSS modules
- UI integration of REST APIs / WebSocket endpoints (chatbot, design assistant modules)
- Working with Vite, Webpack, or similar bundlers
- Deployment via Netlify, Vercel, or Azure Static Web Apps
The followings are plus:
- Familiarity with integrating LLM-based chatbot UIs into web front-ends
- Understands how to display results from AI feedback agents in dynamic layouts
- Comfortable collaborating with teams building Agentic AI backends
Back-End Developer
We’re looking for someone who’s smooth with:
- Python 3.8+, especially FastAPI, Flask, or Quart
- Working with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or hybrid databases
- Building and deploying RESTful APIs, GraphQL optional
- Structuring and processing JSON or IFC-extracted metadata
- Familiar with Docker, Azure Cloud Functions, Linux (Ubuntu), and NGINX
- Implementing token-based auth and role-based access systems (e.g. JWT, OAuth2)
The followings are plus:
- Understands how LLM orchestration systems work (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, Ray Serve)
- Knows how to expose data (geometry, metadata) as API endpoints for AI agents to read/write
- Can structure databases and API calls around Agent-Tool-DB workflows (used in Ardaena’s AI pipelines)
- Familiarity with event-driven flows to connect DB/API services to AI outputs

ApplyAEC Positions
Structural/Computational Engineer (Civil / Architecture / Mechanical)
We’re looking for someone who’s comfortable with:
- SAP2000
- One of COMSOL, ANSYS, or NASTRAN for analysis
- Preparing clear, traceable calculation reports
- Collaborating effectively with design/fabrication teams in a remote setup
- Ability to perform analysis and calculation for free-form structures
- Ability to perform analysis and calculation for timber structures
- Submission of a calculation report as a work sample (case study or real project)
The followings are plus:
- Hands-on familiarity with FEA (Finite Element Analysis)
- Experience with Grasshopper to bridge geometry and analysis
- Working proficiency in English (reading/writing technical reports and correspondence)
